Once a student confirms his/her payment for certificate, certification is sent to our concerned department for processing. This will take around six (6) weeks to complete. Before we can proceed further with the despatch procedure of your certificate, we need to be sure that your postal address that we have in our student database is absolutely correct. For this, we require you to confirm us your address (in details) clearly stating your postal code.

We also need to be certain that your postal address is clearly understandable and valid to its every detail before we despatch your certificates and other necessary documents to it. Please keep in mind, IQN does not bear any responsibility for despatches of certificates when students provide wrong or misleading mailing address.

Kindly note that, we send certificates through registered parcel service so please make sure you have someone to receive and sign when the parcel reaches your address
