If you have already registered for your IQN exam, you are now ready to start your exam. This page explains the actual exam process.
After paying exam fees, you can start the exam from your online candidate account. You will notice that immediately after successful payment, the purchase button inside your selected exam "skin" has changed to 'Take Exam' button. Click the 'Take Exam' button.
Once you click on the 'Take Exam' button, the system will now check your equipment. It will automatically check your browser, webcam, microphone, network, screen, and webRTC. At this stage, permission to access the webcam, microphone, and screen is required. Then you have to click Close & Continue.
Next, you will see the exam instructions. You need to read the instructions and tick the check box. Now click on the 'Start Exam' button for the next step.
This is the last stage before commencing an exam. You need to give access to your webcam and microphone from your browser, if you have not already given. Now you will click Start Exam with proctor.
Your exam screen shows the name of your exam at the top of the page. There are the following features available on the exam screen:

Your entire exam will be video recorded. In addition, the system will record your movements and activities throughout the exam. It will also capture the screen.
During the exam, all unusual activities will be detected and recorded. Here are some examples of unusual activities:
You can end your exam by clicking on the 'Finish test' button. You will get your results immediately! If you score 60% and above, you will be issued a digital credential within seven (7) working days. If you unfortunately fail, you will have the option to take up to three (3) re-sit exams within three (3) months from the date of your first exam attempt.
