In order to take any exam, the first step is to create your exam account. This page provides a detailed, step-by-step process for registering and paying for your exam.
To create an exam account, you will need to provide your first name(s), last name, email address, password, a recent passport-size photograph, proof of identity, date of birth, country of residence, and years of work experience. Acceptable forms of proof of identity include a passport, government-issued ID, or driving license.
After creating your exam account, the first page you will see is the 'Dashboard'. Your full name is displayed in the top right corner, along with the current date and time in GMT +8:00. Your dashboard includes sections for exams taken, a system compatibility check, and a demo exam tutorial.
From your dashboard, you can check your computer's system compatibility by clicking ‘START CHECKING’. This check will ensure an uninterrupted exam experience. If any component is not supported, this utility will let you know in advance so that you can avoid interruptions during your important exams. Minimum System Requirements:
Supported Operating Systems: Windows 8 and above; Mac OS 8 and above
Supported Web Browsers: Microsoft Edge 10 and above; Mozilla Firefox 24 and above; Google Chrome 18 and above; Apple Safari 5 and above; Opera 20 and above
Minimum Screen Resolution: 1024 x 768 and above for both PC and Mac
The 'Upcoming Exams' section displays available exams, their duration, and fees, along with payment buttons.
Inside the 'Upcoming Exams' section, click on the payment button to purchase your desired exam.
When you click the purchase button, you will be directed to a new page where you need to click the 'Buy Now' button.
You need to make the payment using a credit or debit card through our secure Stripe payment gateway.
After successful payment, a confirmation message will appear, and you can download a payment receipt. You may take the exam immediately or later by clicking the 'Continue & Take Exam' button.
You can access your exam account at any time by entering your email and password. This allows you to attempt new exams or retake any failed exams.
