IQN partners with universities and higher education institutions worldwide
At IQN, we understand that university staff face demanding schedules, making continuous professional development (CPD) challenging. This is where MicroCPD, an innovative concept introduced by IQN, transforms staff development into a flexible, accessible, and impactful experience. MicroCPD empowers universities to create their own bite-sized professional learning activities, allowing academic and administrative staff to engage in meaningful development without overwhelming their schedules.
The MBA Plus Programme is designed for universities seeking to elevate the value of their MBA programmes. Through this partnership, universities can embed IQN’s globally recognised professional certifications directly into their MBA curriculum, offering students an unparalleled academic and professional advantage.
By integrating the syllabi of Certified Project Management Analyst (CPMA), Certified Strategic Manager (CSM), and Certified Finance Specialist (CFS) into your MBA courses, students will graduate with both an MBA degree and internationally recognised IQN credentials—all within a single learning journey.
Through the Dual Certification Pathways, universities and professional institutes can embed IQN’s certifications or diploma syllabi into their own programmes. Learners complete a single integrated course and receive dual recognition—a qualification from the institution and a professional certification from IQN—without the need for a separate exam. All registrations are handled exclusively through the partner institution, with special fee arrangements available under this scheme.
At IQN, we partner with universities to enhance the credibility and global recognition of their executive education programmes. Through our Executive Education Partnership (EEP), your university’s executive courses will be IQN-endorsed, reflecting the highest standards of professional excellence and industry relevance.
While following universities are not IQN partners, their experiences illustrate how MicroCPD principles can enhance university staff development effectively:
At UCL, MicroCPD has been integrated to support academic staff with bite-sized learning activities focused on teaching and learning enhancement. Short activities, such as quick guides and reflective exercises, allow educators to continuously improve their practice without the need for extensive time commitments.
The University of Strathclyde embraced MicroCPD to address the diverse development needs of their higher education workforce. MicroCPD activities covered a range of professional skills, from learning and teaching strategies to leadership development, making CPD more accessible to all staff.
Through their MicroCPD video series, the University of Edinburgh demonstrated how MicroCPD can be effectively delivered through short, engaging videos. These videos cover key topics in professional development, allowing staff to gain insights quickly and apply new concepts immediately.
