Step 2 - Study at your own pace

You have the flexibility to study independently, following your own schedule and pace. This self-study route allows you to delve deeply into the material. However, if you reside in Bahrain, you need to study at ALGhad Training Institute.

Step 3 - Register & take your HRM exam

Once you have completed exam preparation, it is time to register for your HRM exam. Our exams are computer-based and available year-round. No matter where you are, you can take the exam anytime from the comfort of your home or office.

The Diploma Exam

Number of Exams: You just need to pass only one (1) exam.

Duration: The diploma exam lasts for 60 minutes.

Question Format: The exam comprises 50 Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs).

Scoring: Each MCQ carries two (2) marks. That is, a total of 100 marks for the exam.

Passing Score: To pass the exam, you must achieve a minimum score of 60%.

Answering Method: Each MCQ will have one correct or best answer.

No Negative Marking: There will be no penalty for selecting incorrect answers.

Exam Availability: Available on-demand any time of the year.

Hardware Requirements: Laptop or desktop with webcam and a stable internet connection.

Multiple Re-sits at No Additional Cost

We offer up to three (3) free re-sit exam opportunities. You can even opt to take a re-sit exam immediately after an unsuccessful attempt. All re-sit exam opportunities must be utilised within three (3) months from the date of your first exam attempt.
