Join us in empowering the next generation of professionals! As a MiniBBA Training Provider, you can offer customised, job-ready training programmes designed for learners eager to enter the workforce. Tailor your MiniBBA focus — whether in Business Analytics, Customer Service, or another area—and help students build essential work skills.
MiniBBA is a structured training programme developed by the training provider and approved by IQN. Unlike a formal qualification, MiniBBA serves as a practical training pathway, providing learners with essential business skills in various areas.
Tailor and design your MiniBBA programme to meet local market needs, selecting topics and "title" that resonate most with your audience. You will have the flexibility to determine the programme duration, learning outcomes, learning resources, and other essential elements to ensure a well-rounded and relevant training experience.
MiniBBA programmes can be tailored by providers to cover a broad range of business and technology areas that support organisational success. Design your own programme in areas like Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Analytics, E-commerce, Financial Literacy, Bookkeeping, IT for Business, Entrepreneurship Fundamentals, Business Communication, and any other areas relevant for your local job market.
Your customised training programme will undergo an independent review process by IQN. This third-party evaluation boosts credibility, assuring learners of the programme’s quality and giving providers a trusted edge in the market.
Focus on practical, job-ready skills. As MiniBBA is not a formal qualification, there are no assessments. Learners receive an IQN Digital Certificate of Participation upon completing the programme with the approved MiniBBA training provider.
IQN employs the 3L Training Approval Framework to ensure the quality and integrity of its MiniBBA training providers. This comprehensive framework encompasses: Legal Compliance, Learning Resources, and Learning Excellence. By adhering to these criteria, IQN upholds a consistent standard of excellence across all MiniBBA training providers, fostering trust and confidence among learners and stakeholders.
The provider must be a legally registered entity, such as a sole proprietorship, non-profit organisation, company, partnership, government body, or another recognised legal form.
The provider should have required permission from relevant local authorities to offer the proposed training programmes. If no such permissions are required, the provider may submit a declaration confirming this.
The provider must ensure that appropriate and necessary learning resources are available for the programme. An IQN template may be used to list the available resources. Additionally, the provider should submit a sample of the learning resources.
The provider must submit a document outlining the programme specifications, including the following: programme aim, learning outcomes, and key content. In addition, the provider should submit CVs of the trainers delivering the programme(s). The CVs should highlight the trainers' qualifications, experience, and specialisations, including areas of expertise or relevant industry experience.
Interested training providers need to apply online by submitting pertinent information related to the 3L Training Approval Framework. IQN will review the submission and may provide a sample Certificate of Participation.
Upon successful acceptance, IQN will issue a digital approval certificate and a digital badge. Providers must pay a £180 annual license fee to finalise their approval.
