Certification for Learners
Learners who complete an endorsed course receive an IQN digital certificate. The certificate confirms that the programme is locally designed and assessed, while IQN has independently reviewed the course.
Pricing
Annual Provider Fee
There is no fee to apply to become approved. However, once approved, an annual provider fee of GBP 240 per year will become due. The same fee will continue each year to maintain endorsed status.
There is no limit on the number of courses your organisation may submit for endorsement approval. However, the number and titles of endorsed courses remain subject to the approval and discretion of IQN.
Student Certificate Fee
IQN issues a digital certificate to each successful learner under the endorsed course scheme. A fee of GBP 10 applies for each digital certificate issued.

IQN is an independent awarding body. While IQN’s UK-based SCQF credit-rated qualifications are nationally recognised in Scotland, the Endorsement Scheme operates under IQN’s own comprehensive quality assurance and governance framework. This service is not regulated by any authority in the UK.
IQN qualifications are nationally recognised within the Scottish framework. IQN Endorsed Courses are provider-designed and provider-assessed, but IQN reviews and certificates them as a mark of external quality assurance.
Under the IQN Endorsed Course Scheme, courses are developed, delivered, and assessed entirely by the learning provider. As such, any local recognition or acceptance within a specific country, employer group, or industry remains the responsibility of the provider. IQN’s role is limited to independent quality assurance and validation of the course against pre-defined standards, which strengthens credibility but does not constitute recognition under any national qualification framework.
