Through the Recognised Programme Scheme (RPS), universities and institutes can embed or align IQN’s certifications or diploma syllabi into their own programmes. Learners complete a single integrated course and receive dual recognition—a qualification from the institution and a professional certification from IQN—without the need for a separate exam. All registrations are handled exclusively through the partner institution, with special fee arrangements available under this scheme.
RPS is a service by IQN that recognises the academic and professional programmes delivered by other institutions. If your course matches the content and level of an IQN qualification, it can be officially recognised. Your learners can then receive IQN certification without sitting any extra exam.

If you offer a programme in HR, Marketing, Finance, Project Management, Strategic Management, or Supply Chain — and it matches IQN’s curriculum — you may be eligible.
Yes. Institutes do not necessarily need to change their programmes. IQN will review and benchmark the programme content and assessments against our qualification standards. If there is a strong match, the programme can be recognised directly.
Yes. If you are a registered IQN centre offering in-house programmes that follow IQN’s curriculum in areas like HR, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management or Strategy, you can apply for approval under the RPS.
No. Approval is granted for one year, subject to renewal. Institutions must maintain quality and provide updated programme information when required.
Yes, there is an annual recognition fee. However, if you claim minimum 20 IQN certificates for your learners in a calendar year, the annual fee will be fully waived.

The Norco College campus is situated around forty miles east of Los Angeles in Riverside County, California. Norco College was granted Initial Accreditation by ACCJC. IQN has collaborated with Norco College to align their supply chain syllabus, enabling many Norco College graduates to obtain IQN certificates.
Aquinas College of Higher Studies is officially recognised by the local authorities in Sri Lanka to administer Professional Courses and Examinations at the Tertiary Level. Through a strategic partnership with IQN, the college has achieved dual-certification, further solidifying its commitment to excellence in education.
Institute of Management & Leadership (IML) Business School delivers approved programmes including the Advanced Diploma in Financial Management and Professional Diplomas in Project Management, Strategic Management, Supply Chain & Logistics, Human Resource Management, and Marketing. Graduates of these programmes are eligible for dual certification.
BiMS delivers recognised postgraduate qualifications in business and management. Through its collaboration with IQN, the Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management (PGDPM) has been formally approved. Graduates of the PGDPM are now eligible for dual certification—earning both the BiMS diploma and IQN’s CPMA credential without an additional exam and at a reduced fee.
Skill Based Learning Institute for Management and Technology Limited (SBL) delivers approved programmes including Certified Finance Specialist, and Diplomas in Project Management, Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, and Marketing. Graduates of these programmes receive dual certification.
