She holds a Doctorate in Education from King’s College London and has honed her expertise across various educational roles. Dr. Joanna specialises in educational leadership and curriculum development, with a deep focus on the transformative power of assessment for learning. Dr. Joanna is a respected Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors and her authoritative insights are extensively published in leading educational journals worldwide. In her influential academic research, she focused on the role of assessment for learning in improving progress. Her advisory role at IQN is at the forefront of providing independent reviews of quality assurance process. 

Rayhan Utpaul has keen interest in governance, risk and compliance issues. As the secretary of the committee, he renders advisory role for ensuring that IQN complies with relevant regulations and maintains high standards of quality assurance. Within the organisation, he holds an position at the heart of UK operations. Moreover, he acts as a vital point of correspondence between the shareholders and executive management. Rayhan is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Finance Specialist. He has Master of Business Administration in Finance and Investment Management from the University of Wales.

Samiur Rashid is a distinguished leader in education with over 20 years of comprehensive experience. He is a committed ‘edupreneur’ with strong understanding of international education markets. Samiur is an IPA graduate of the Centre for Financial and Management Studies (CeFims) of School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. Samiur also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership. He has experience in developing collaborative provisions in partnership with different educational establishments. His range of interests include UK national qualification frameworks, online collaborative provisions, continuing professional development frameworks and risk-based quality assurance schemes.
